To organize and manage the office maintenance/operations, including but not limited to:

  • Managing administrative team at Kharkiv;
  • Training, mentoring, supervising, and disciplining administrative staff;
  • Act as an example and coach the administrative staff to be empathic, positive and service-oriented;
  • Ensuring the overall efficiency of daily operations by monitoring day-to-day workflow and delegating tasks accordingly among admin staff;
  • Resolve the service tickets from the team;
  • Contribute to and cooperate with the continuous improvement processes, initiate positive changes to office conditions and processes;
  • Keeping track of admin employee performance, budgets and deadlines;
  • Making necessary recommendations and adjustments to current work methods and systems;
  • Preparing presentations, proposals, and reports;
  • Overseeing the budgeting, bookkeeping activities, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager/Administrator/PM or similar administrative management position with managing of small teams;
  • High Internal quality standard;
  • Positive and proactive attitude to personal responsibilities;
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people;
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease;
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload across the team;
  • Flexibility, fast reaction and no fear of non-standard situations;
  • Independent, self-organized, proactive and accountable;
  • Level of English - Intermediate and above;
  • Good level of computer literacy;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
